PREM is a boutique PR and social media marketing firm for local and national businesses. We are a creative and strategically driven agency whose core focus is to assist the growth of our clients through effective marketing.

PREM is looking for a Content Strategist with a strategic eye to manage and oversee all content across client accounts. This role will build and support the brand’s strategies to align with the business goals and objectives, including social and client management, content creation, and managing various projects across the board. Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with client goals and target audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and provide strategic recommendations for campaigns and initiatives.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, press releases, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Take full ownership of managing client accounts, including strategy development, execution, and consistent communication to ensure client objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead both internal and external meetings, as well as client photoshoots and video shoots.
  • Design and create visually engaging content for social media calendars using graphic design and editing tools.
  • Collaborate with designers, PR managers, and social media coordinators to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and results.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, content creation, marketing, or related fields (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and content strategy best practices.
  • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management, with a deep understanding of platform-specific strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut.
  • Graphic design skills, particularly with Canva, are a strong plus.
